Allison Carman
Founder + CEO
Senior Living Advisor
I’ve been a Senior Advisor since 2015 and I’ve been a professional in the senior industry for 15 years. I started my work in Senior Living as a Live-In Manager at Holiday Retirement for 2 years and transitioned to a Senior Sales Counselor with Brookdale Senior Living where I helped families make the decision of moving their loved ones into Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. I soon realized how much I loved the personal interaction with the families and the satisfaction of knowing they were making the right decision. After several years as a Sales Counselor I moved into the senior placement industry where I provided expert advice to Seniors and their families matching them with the right level of care and best living arrangements to meet their needs. As a Senior Living Advisor I placed over 4,000 Seniors into their new homes. I’m an expert at guiding families and Seniors in need of memory care, assisted living or in need of an active social environment such as Independent Living communities. My expertise and knowledge expands into VA Aid and Attendance, Long Term Care Policies, Hospice and more.

Sarah began her career in the senior living industry in 2007. She took a leap of faith in changing careers from an Event Manager with Marriott to a Director of Community Relations for Sunrise Senior Living. She took numerous training sessions with Sunrise to expand her senior living network and surrounded herself with senior living experts. She has been blessed to learn from some of the best in the industry. Sarah worked at several assisted living communities and also a placement agency before she was given the opportunity to work with Allison at A Place for Seniors.
At A Place for Seniors (APFS) Sarah is able to assist and help families in their senior living journey. Sarah loves having “boots on the ground” guiding families through the senior living process by answering questions and dispelling myths about senior living, to helping families select a community, moving, and helping them to get settled in their new home and beyond.
When Sarah isn’t helping families with senior living she is at home spending time with her husband, Ryan, and her two extraordinary children, James, and Grace; going on hikes, to the lake to go kayaking, or playing board games. She is also a mom to three fur babies, Bella, Tulla, and Hershey.

Wendy Pringle
Senior Living Advisor
My name is Wendy Pringle, and for more than 40 years I have had the privilege of working and volunteering with people of all ages. Building meaningful relationships and helping others has always been at the heart of what I do.
As a Senior Advisor, I am passionate about supporting seniors and their families with compassion, integrity, and personalized care. I understand that every family’s journey is unique, and I am committed to providing trusted guidance that helps clients make informed decisions with confidence and peace of mind.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me at home with my husband of 27 years, enjoying a board game or cooking something delicious together. We are parents to two sons in their 20s, and as a family we love boating, taking in baseball games during the summer, and escaping to warm destinations whenever we can in the winter.

Sharon Concha

I am Sharon Concha, and with over 30 years of experience in the medical field as a retired financial professional, I bring expertise in database management, customer service, issue resolution, negotiation, collections, employee training, and development. I have a proven track record of streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring operational excellence.
My journey into senior care is deeply personal. After my Mother’s dementia diagnosis, I was fortunate to find guidance from Allison Carmen. Allison provided invaluable peace of mind in finding the perfect home for my Mother. She truly understood our unique needs and care concerns. Allison was committed to empowering my Mother to live her best life in a community where she thrived, connected with others, and received the quality care she deserved.
Inspired by this experience, I joined A Place for Seniors. I am committed to using my personal insights and professional skills to have a positive impact on the lives of our seniors.
I am blessed with a wonderful, loving husband, a beautiful, intelligent daughter, and the cutest mini dachshund ever.
